fantastic location and great service
prime locationfriendly staffwell kept room
the hotel location is unbeatable. it is very close to the beach and lots of shops. the staff was friendly and efficient during check-in (i especially liked the welcome drink). the room was clean and well-kept with a beautiful view.
the pool area could get a little crowded in the afternoons, but it was never a major issue.

housekeeping maintained the room very well each day. staff promptly addressed a minor issue with the safe.

the hotel is a short walk from the beach and the royal hawaiian center. there are many restaurants and shops located nearby. accessing public transportation was easy (making it ideal for exploring).

the room included a king-sized bed with soft linens. a mini-fridge and a coffee maker were available. the bathroom had two sinks and a rainfall shower (which i really liked!).

The location is very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Waikiki Beach is amazing!!! The cafe was convenient and the pool area was well maintained. Fresh towels were always available.

The hotel location proved excellent. It was near shopping areas. Restaurants were also very close. The staff offered great service. Joshua gave us good recommendations. The bakery suggestion was really delicious!

A water filter station in the lobby was quite useful! Valet parking provided quick car service. The gym had treadmills and weights. I used them without problems.
